Forgotten Bottom are a Viola and Bouzouki instrumental noise folk duo, made up of Myles Donovan (Disemballerina) and Eric Bandel (Nymph). Named after an often overlooked Philadelphia neighborhood and soundtracking their home city's present state of gentrification, community displacement and opiod crisis, their Black Horizons debut "Hostile Architecture" is drenched in nostalgia for a lost, now unrecognizable place, with every song title quoted directly from a local person's mouth and inspired by individual member's work as employees of the city shelter system. Black and neon green ink offset printed on gray linen stock. Four panel j-cards. Edition of 75 copies on clear blue tapes with silver labels and gold backed norelco cases.
